I’m looking for a horse preferably over 15 hh (as I’m 5’5 and a size 12/14) to ride and look after 1-2 days a week.
I’ve been riding since I was about 8 and owned my own horses from 9. I’m now 20 years old and haven’t rode in the past 2 years due to university commitments. I did previously loan two horses 3 days a week about 3 years ago. This was only for a year before university and this was so I could still be around horses regardless of me having to sell my horse in preparation for uni.
I’m looking for something that can still increase my riding ability and doesn’t have to be a novice ride, as I’ve always schooled my own horses and am used to schooling and the odd buck or rear.
I have rode plenty youngsters and love learning together with the horse. I did a lot of horsemanship which I loved!
I’ve rode at many competitions and have the rosettes and trophies to go with. I have rode at uk showing, all local events, dressage, a bit of show jumping and many cross country courses.
I am willing to travel a bit from my home for the perfect horse.
So if anyone is looking for a few days off from the farm or someone to help increase their horses ability and give it lots of TLC I could possibly be the person! I can give some financial amount weekly but not at extreme cost due to being a poor student haha.
