Northmoor Livery Yard

Facilities:

Block 1 - D.I.Y. stables available in an American Barn style building of 12 brick built stables. Each stable is 13 ft. x 14 ft. and each stable has its own secure 7 ft. x 14 ft. tack room. Secure combination locked steel doors either ends of the block.

Block 2 - DIY pony stables available in an American Barn style brick building of 10 stables, with feed storage and preparation area. Secure steel combination locked doors, and secure storage for tack.

Both blocks offer good ventilation, cavity walls and insulated roof provide a cool in summer / warm in winter atmosphere, with lighting throughout.

Well drained 40m. x 20m. sand / rubber all weather menage with plenty of jumps, fillers and poles provided. All relevant areas are floodlit. All year daytime turn-out on well fenced, well established and maintained grass paddocks, 2 or 3 horses each paddock.

Turn out, turn in, and rug change available 6 days per week, other livery requirements can be arranged.

Stable owner lives on the yard, automatic electric entrance gate, with easy access for liveries. Good quality hay, haylage (on request) and straw supplied, to your tack room. Toilet, sink, hot water, hot and cold drinks, as well as token operated confectionery vending machines all provided.

The yard offers off road parking, and is on the 300 Liverpool / Southport bus route.
